Sharpest KNIFE out of the box

I was fooling around with this knife when I accidentally cut a small slit in the space-time continuum. (Patched it with duck tape so the multiverse wouldn't implode. Seems to be holding... for now..)

It is NOT Duck tape Jesse!! It is MAGIC tape!! Been in the HVAC field over 40 years, and after seeing what can be done with it.....it is Magic!!!
You think just any tape that can keep the multiverse from imploding??? Nope......magic tape!!

On the real though I think for production knives Rocksteads are the sharpest. My Mcustas were sharp but that zero grind on Rocksteads is rediculous. Emerson custom zero grind chisel and zero ground chisel chefs knifes have a terrifyingly acute edge angle.

Buck, Rough Rider, Colt, Marbles have bren the most consistantly sharp out of the box knives, in my experience.

You guys will probably laugh, but my Buck 110 came razor sharp. I still cant believe it came that way from the factory.

I'm not sure if my 110 was the sharpest out of the box, but it was the most surprisingly sharp out of the box that I've had. I didn't expect it to be dangerously sharp for the price.

To this point I have very few knives but it's been no contest so farm as both of my Rocksteads are the sharpest so far.

For me it was a Spyderco Salt Ladybug. I have to be extremely careful operating it. That in conjunction with it size, it is like playing with fire with a blind fold on. I have received the most accidental finger slices out of any knife I own. I had to add small lanyard to gain a edge on the edge. lol

I actually just got this but it takes the cake for me, better than my other Kwaikens. Other than this Spyderco is the most consistent on out of the box sharpness in my collection.

I'll have to say Kershaw Chive, of all things. Was handling one at the local Mega Lo Mart and managed to slice some skin off the tip of a finger without drawing blood. Of course, after it bit me I had to buy it. LOL Honorable mention goes to my Broken Skull, which bit my index finger the first time I tried to close it one-handed; that was on the day that I got it.

I can't say for sure, but WOW, the Cruwear Manix2 CF I just received is insanely sharp. Most of my Spydercos have shown up hair popping sharp, but this one is the next level.
