Sharpest production knife?

Buck 110 in s30v I had made I their custom shop followed by as Kershaw Blur in ELMAX I just received in my mailbox today.
 
An extra-hollow ground hunting knife I inherited, by E.C. out of Soligen Germany. Second would be the Cold Steel Recon1 (original with axis style lock). Third would be Granny's Old Hickory she used to make head cheese, among other things. It had been sharpened to a mere wisp of a blade when I got it, and I literally don't allow anyone else to use it unless I'm there watching. The first and last have never seen a stone, (by me,anyway) only stropping with some paste occasionally. I actually "camp shaved" once with the E.C., to prove to a pal it could be done in camp over coffee, and it wasn't exactly a Dovo, but it got the job done.
For right ut of the box, it'd be the Cold Steel.

Sharper than any folder I have owned. Sharper than any Spyderco I've owned, heck!
 
I'm surprised no mention of Bark River yet. Every one of their A2 knives I've had came with a terrific convex edge on them.
 
I had some generic knock-off karambit I picked up for a couple of dollars that managed to cut me just for looking at it wrong. Up to this day I have no idea how I managed to cut myself with it, and that was one of those nasty cuts that don't heal for days, too. I suspect it was cursed. :D
Second sharpest would be the serrated Endura 4, I've managed to cut myself so many times with it during the first week of ownership that I dubbed it "The Finger Shredder".
 
Sharpest production was a toss up between a mt ultratech and a otf i got from china. The china otf had a super polished edged. It definitely was not sharpened on a belt and was mirrored from choil to tip. A very close second to both would be any one of my newer zt and kershaws. They have never sent me a dull knife but lately they have been stupid sharp.
 
My recently purchased Spyderco paramilitary 2 in s30v, i was shaving hair right off and i accidentally nicked myself in the finger barely at the tip of the knife and i gushed. That same time frame i kept cutting into my finger nails as i was cutting food. Annoying, but that shows how sharp it was and how well the steel can take an edge. That day was when it was really being used. We made a whole big pot of minestrone soup all with the help of that knife!

From my experience, the sharpest production knives come from Al Mar, Spyderco and Kershaw. But none of them were ever sharp enough. The first thing I do with a knife is sharpen it. There is no production edge that cannot be improved on, IMO.
