She Bit me! My she is such a Meaner (graphic content to the weak of heart)

At least it did not squirt...(as in arteries or veins hit) Those are bad ...:)

And the hand is feeling a lot better now - I just have to watch out for infection.

Yee Ouch

get better fast

Good thing it was a baby one and you weren't horsing around with a Gladius.
That would be the difference between "sew it up and spray on the Nuclear Bactine" or "MEDIC!!!".

The web's one of the worst places on your hand to get cut! Maybe worst would be under the fingernail >_> Well, folks have been cut worse by things that shouldn't have cut them, so there ya go. Taking it in stride!

WOOFF!!

Just like all the others, "I feel your pain."

Just not quite as deeply as you do!

Heal quickly, my friend.

Some nice points - I like this one in particular - emphasis mine:)

KEEPING BODY PARTS AWAY FROM BLADE’S PATH OF TRAVEL
• Another safety tip for preventing injuries while using knives is to maintain an awareness of where your body
parts are located relative to the path the blade will [MAY] travel.

Ya - be careful. Busse knives have over the years given personal meaning to the phrase "never try to catch a falling knife":D:thumbup:

And yet - still I forget.....

Doug, Doug, Doug. A Hog of your experience should know of the hunger of INFI. You can never let your guard down. ;) :D

Have you forgotten my example at Blade, where the original MOAB met the cobblestones as I jumped back? Beware the INFI bite! :)

Hope you heal up quickly and encounter no complications.

Can't say as I can blame your wife. :p

Thanks man - I seem to be healing well - so far.

Now when you dropped the MOAB how much was cut out of the rocks when she hit? Good thing you jumped out of the way indeed! That one could take off a leg!!;)

And the Greatest Line Ever::thumbup::D:thumbup:

"Well I guess she is a "user" now"

.
.

I can sympathize, I did something similar with my KaBar two days before my birthday and I hated having to hear "What happened?" every ten minutes; especially when the story did not involve a "You should see what he looks like..." or "She thanked me all night for rescuing her..."

(This pic was a week after when the doc was checking it out the first time. Shock prevented me from grabbing the camera when I did it in the first place :D)

Ill bet that one bled a lot! There are some important nerves and blood pathways there!

The only shock I has was realizing what a completely moronic move I did .....

Hope yours turned out well:thumbup:

I bled.... medium, it was done by the time the EMT's got here plus I severed a nerve that had to be repaired with micro surgery. Still waiting to see if I get feeling back :p ;) :D
Heal well bro!

Funny, I usually cut myself with things that usually aren't meant to. Most serious one that required stitches was a broken glass goblet while doing the dishes. Went right to the bone of my pinky.

Good sharp cut heals fast. Take it easy and use plenty of cocoa butter to minimize the scar later on, if you don't want to keep it.

Doug,

Look at this way...At least you did not cut your toe:eek::eek::p

XOXO

Heal up, brother.

This was a couple of weeks after I kept it all glued together with the surgical glue. I didn't got to the ER as "punishment" to myself for being stupid.

I inserted a Rat Mastiff back into the cardboard sheath that was held in my palm with a little too much... vigor.
