sheetmetal - reneging seller

This is good news. However, one thing I've wondered about is whether the seller can leave retaliatory feedback and, if he does, will the mods remove it?
Yes he could leave feedback and yes it would be removed.

This is what the neutral feedback button is for. Great case for it. I don’t think negative would be warranted, since nobody is out anything.

I think that's fair. Not sure if I'm alone here but I treat neutral as negative in most instances. That is, it's not an immediate "pass" but I'd want to know more and be very cautious.

If someone being out something is your requirement for negative feedback, well in that case the other party is probably getting banned anyway. What situation occurs that is worth negative feedback but not banning? In other words, if that's where the line is drawn, when would you ever leave negative feedback for someone when they aren't going to be banned anyway so that leaving feedback has no purpose? Just food for thought

My thoughts would be if you feel you had a negative experience, then nergative feedback would be correct. The clearer the explaination the better. If it falls into a grey area then neutral.
It is all personal opinion, and hopefully the reciever will learn from it and do better in the future
This seller certaimly could improove, and there was enough to warrant a negative IMO, if the OP choose to go that way.
