I've been intrigued by Taylor's Eye Witness and Sheffield for awhile. I pondered many of yard sales, pawn shops, antique malls and auctions this past summer yet I'm still to find something more than old beat up Case and Imperials. I still wait for a lonely box of ancient cutlery to be found, perhaps it's not sitting in Iowa. This is a fun thread, very interesting.

I recently stumbled onto TEW looking for Barlows and was blown away by what I saw. Those are truly beautiful. Now I need to figure out how to get one across the pond.

Thank you Jack for your insight on the Sheffield industry. Those cutlers were truly starving artists based on what you've told. If only they knew the impact they'd eventually have.
