Shhhh . . . Tell No One!!!! . . . "Operation 2 Weeks" Is Live!!!!. .

Can't resist, but I'm getting a headache trying to decide on a color combo...

Buy as many as you need to get it right.
I'm getting:
black canvas/sage
tan canvas/muddy
blue/black G10/tanker
green/black G10/black
tan/black G10/sage
red/black G10/muddy

I didn't really buy that many (I opted not to spring for any G10 options)....but I suspect that there are a couple of people that bought more.

Jerry, how about extending the blade length of these by another 3 inches? It would be perfect.

In 2001, right after the attack on September 11th, we built the first and only Busse Combat blades ever made out of SR-101.

In the 14 years since then, we have been inundated by police and military units with requests for more Busse designs to be made out of this material due to its now legendary performance and price advantage.

The first blade to be offered in this series will be the “Battle Grade ASH 1”.

These Battle Grade models will be run in very limited numbers and when they are gone, they will be gone for at least another year or two . . . or may never show up again.

To start with, these models will only be offered for approximately “2 weeks” or less if the limited quantity sells out before then.

Go to our website: http://www.bussecombat.com/battle-grade-anniversary-steel-heart/ to get in on the first ever “Battle Grade” Busse.

I'm in. Decided on tanker grey with black canvas. I tend to not get too wild and crazy with my choices.

I'd contact the shop, sounds like your order may have slipped through the cracks. Happened to me before, they should get you fixed up ASAP.

As happens anywhere - things happen in the busy wonderland of Busse HQ

I once got to overhear the correction command while following up on a blade I ordered... :D

[Amy0 covering the phone - but still could be heard] ..... "GAAAAAARTH!!!"

.

UDD.............Secret Shopper SCORE....that's better than a "PIMP" Score anyday... ;)

And if you order the higher end scales - it does not seem to carry over to the price either :)

Damn - now I want to go back & order a couple in G10. I stuck with micarta because, frankly, $75 for G10 slabs seems pretty steep...but, if they aren't really charging for it, it's a better deal.

Website isn't working .
I'm sure it's shut down until they get the cart reprogrammed. It was still up at the time of my last post; and I did consider taking advantage of their mistake...but I'm just not that guy.

It's highly doubtful it would be honored anyhow.

Anyone who finishes checking out while the website is having issues is only going to cause the Busse group more problems and slow them down getting everything back online and corrected.

Best to just wait it out.

Looks like the Swamp Rat site is having the same issues as well.

I don't know - when you factor in the time to identify all of the screwed up invoices, cancel them, and reissue them, (as well as possible disputes, cancellations, and/or chargebacks)...then weigh it against the actual cost, plus the PR boost, of honoring those purchases - it might be worth it to them.

Nice! but I'd like to see the Ratweiler that I ordered many many many 2 weeks ago.

He's talking about the ones Swamp Rat listed on the site a long while back, then shortly took down. Some of the guys saw it and ordered.

Yeah, good luck with that. Did the Shop ever acknowledge those orders as valid?

Guy, no. It's pretty quiet over there. Hence the Rats (me included) in the trough.
