Shields and stag.

I think the stag speaks for itself (no shield). Shields look nice when used on other natural smooth materials.

I've lost track of how many copies of those recordings I have or have had.

(I'm a huge Miles, Coltrane, Monk, Mingus fan amongst others and have the collection to prove it. One of my close friends from my formative years, Phil Schaap, has won multiple Grammys for his archival research and album notes amongst other things.)

I think about her once in a while myself! 1965-1966.
Do old girlfriends get better with age? (My age that is!)

Here is my favorite stag folder, on which I used a paint program to remove the shield.
I like it better with the shield (the way John Howser made it), but I would not have turned it down without.
