Shipping delays..

I ordered a knife on the 20th and its been stuck in transit to the next facility for almost 6 days. Any one else having delays lately. Im aware the snow messed things up but its gone in the south as far as i know.

I am in the same boat. I ordered a fly rod and its been stuck in transit at some USPS distribution center for 11 days. Very frustrating.
 
USPS as well. Palmetto Georgia to the next faciltiy. I ordered something from flytanium the same day. Both in stock and both went to the same facilities and it arrived yesterday.
 
If it’s USPS, yes! I’ve had several occasions over the past few months, where I have had packages enroute, that sat less than an hour away in an USPS distribution center and were delivered a week late. No apology nor refund.
 
USPS has been shitty as of late. Not even postal trucks anymore, just a bunch of teens blasting music delivering mail now.

Over the last two months it is taking almost 2 weeks to get a regular letter, and I sent Christmas cards that took over a month in the same state to finally get delivered. Also, I've sold a few items on here and the packages still haven't been delivered, and it has been almost 2 weeks.

The folks at my post office said it was a known issue.

Is anyone else experiencing long delays with the mail?

Just a few months ago, it seemed like anything that I ordered or shipped would get delivered in 2-5 days.
 
Had a USPS package come to my city for me and then take a turn to New York City. Half a country away. SMH. 🤦

Yup , I ordered a knife a few weeks ago via USPS priority and it took 6 days. It used to take 2. I have much better luck with FedEx and UPS.
 
I am certain the OP can identify with the Baton Rouge USPS Distribution Center which received several knives for me, kept them for 5-6 days, saying they are in transit. I live 15 miles from Baton Rouge. So it takes 5 days to go 15 miles? That's a CYA. My favorite is when I sent a knife to my son to a town, 40 miles from BR. A week later the knife came back from Spokane, WA. I have other stories, as well. Lol

Right now UPS is the one driving me crazy. I’ve got a package inbound and they’ve been spamming me with emails about a rescheduled delivery date because apparently they can’t decide if it’s getting delivered tomorrow or Saturday. 5 in the last hour alone.
 
USPS has been consistently inconsistent the past month or two. I’ve got a package that has been “on its way to the next facility” since 01/20/25.. I hope this isn’t something that continues.
 
Well mine hasnt moved. January 25 it was headed to the next facility. This is crazy
