Shipping of Benchmade's "Gold" boxes??

I'm trying to figure out the best way to ship out a Benchmade "Gold" box.

I like to offer free shipping when i sell my knives, so i usually use the USPS flat rate priority boxes.

Problem is that the "Gold" boxes are a really awkward size and shape.

Anyone have any experience shipping these boxes?

Mailing tubes would be your best bet. They sell them at the USPS for around $4 and come in various diameters.
