Shipping ZT to Canada?

Since you have to declare at customs when you cross back over don't you have to declare the items and pay the duty fees/knives get inspected anyways?
Nope. I almost always stay over for 48hrs. My wife, kids and I are allowed $800 each. $2400-4000 with ZERO tax/duty total depending who is in the car or on the plane.

I give a real $$$ number for total goods being imported, but don’t blurt out I am bringing in knives unless they ask for details. Never had a problem and make sure I only bring in knives that are legal in Canada.

Maybe the theory is if you explain in person to the guard they'll not confiscate your flipper. To me it still seems like rolling the dice.

Looks like my favorite Wet coast bike store just got their new ZTs in including flipper models.
