I NEVER thought I'd offer this one for sale but, since I have one of his Spirit blades too, this one will be sacrificed for the good of the family. I am unable to attach pictures of this blade because one is already posted in another thread (where, of course, I said I'd NEVER sell!) This one is an 8' blade of Shiva's clay-tempered, "Samurai Steel," with a UNBELIEVABLY sharp edge and a beautiful grain and patter in the blade. Has water buffalo scales, pointed, skull crusher pommel w/ lanyard hole. Back clip is a sharp as the main edge--dangerously sharp! I CAN'T DO IT!! WITHDRAWN!! Jim SEMPER FI

Good for you, you shouldnt get rid of a blade like that. I have wanted a Shiva Ki knife ever since he was featured in GUNG HO magazine back in the 80's. Awesome blade maker.

I agree with you there. I have a 10" blade Spirit Blade too--also clay-tempered, Samurai steel (Master Ki asked me if he could do BOTH treatments on my blades--usually does one or the other--said he had been experimenting with both--of course I let the man have at it!) I guess some people consider him a little "controversial" or arrogant, but I know the man's history AND his skills (at MORE than just knifemaking) and MASTER Ki is a moniker I think he's certainly EARNED! Anyhow, his knives are lethal fighters. Bad to the bone LETHAL! Hope you can find one soon. (Call him up--he'll make you one! Tell him Jim from "up North" sent ya! ;-) Jim SEMPER FI :D
 
FWIW most anything over 6 monthds old isnt gonna be around any longer lol, not to mention several yrs,
