Can someone fill me in on how the shop credits work? Are they mailed to you? If they don't get to us before Wednesday can we use them for the Whiskey Warden?

I think they're just kept on file at Busse and applied when you order special instructions or what have you. This is from inference not experience.
 
Yeah I'd ask about that I think the charge it back. Iirc something software related that they couldn't bill for selling something and ship nothing.
 
Well Jerry, come up with an folder (ill help you with the design), and i will send you and your team 2-3 nice bottles of single malt :rolleyes:

I wish. I blew all my credit from that Black Friday immediately at the following gaanza. I’m like a fat kid at a candy store :(

I have a credit left over from the B8 release, sent an email ( now 2) to the shop last week to order a Whiskey Warden and check on the credit, no response so far...

I usually give them a call, I wouldn't worry, they always take care of customers.

I believe Amy-0 usually handles shop credit. Jerry said in another post that she's out for family issue. I have no doubt they will honor them just have a little understanding of the situation
 
I spoke with them last week. Shop credits do not show up on your online account. You need to keep track of the amount. When the payment is due for the knife, you can tell them you want to use your shop credits. They said you can always call and ask what your balance is. I would prefer the credit amount be listed on your online balance, but this is one company I am am never going to worry about going South on me. They have already gone above and beyond for me in the 5 years I have been doing business with them.
