Can someone fill me in on how the shop credits work? Are they mailed to you? If they don't get to us before Wednesday can we use them for the Whiskey Warden?

I think they're just kept on file at Busse and applied when you order special instructions or what have you. This is from inference not experience.

I felt dumb even asking, but that makes more sense. The reason I ask is there was a $14.95 shipping charge.

Yeah I'd ask about that I think the charge it back. Iirc something software related that they couldn't bill for selling something and ship nothing.

The shipping charge should have been taken out when the order was processed. If it wasn't, contact amy@bussecombat.com.

There are no shipping charges and the credits are kept on file in the office.

Here's the exciting news! I'm working on an idea right now where you will be able to purchase bottles of scotch for me with your shop credits!!!

I usually give them a call, I wouldn't worry, they always take care of customers.

I believe Amy-0 usually handles shop credit. Jerry said in another post that she's out for family issue. I have no doubt they will honor them just have a little understanding of the situation

I spoke with them last week. Shop credits do not show up on your online account. You need to keep track of the amount. When the payment is due for the knife, you can tell them you want to use your shop credits. They said you can always call and ask what your balance is. I would prefer the credit amount be listed on your online balance, but this is one company I am am never going to worry about going South on me. They have already gone above and beyond for me in the 5 years I have been doing business with them.
