Shop Injury today

My 5 year old German Shepard, Rambo, loves the smell of deer antler on the belt grinder, he has stuffed animals in the shop to play with, when I work at the bench he thinks I should play with them too, SPOILED ROTTEN. Get better soon.

The one good thing about Maggie is that she will go off and take a nap whenever I have to ignore her while grinding or buffing but as soon as I step away from the machine she is right there with her ball.

I think she helps keep my spirits up when I am in the shop doing a job that is particularly tedious.

My German Shorthair is only happy when she can keep an eye on me. Since I'm just getting started I only have a garage for my workspace. Bonny lays in the floor and waits for me to stop grinding or drilling. She'll come over and inspect my work and give me encouragement. She has yet to cause any problems out in the shop and is a good "Quality Control Supervisor." She also protects me from those marauding housecats.
A good pet can only improve one's work and they've been proven to help you live longer.

I though "shop dogs" were required in any shop... :-) I have had up to 700 employees working for me and now that I am retired a "shop dog" is all I want to supervise.... She even gets me out to take a walk every couple of hours...
