Shoptip question

Fitzo, that's too bad about your shin and machine. I hope you heal real quick, fella. IG, you should do like I do when you want to slow down a busted belt-just let it slap you a jillion times on your tummy before you can get away.

Ouch!

No probelm on loc-tite. Not so much on the set screw...but use it on the shaft and the wheel bore. It kinda glues everything together and fills in all the gaps from wear and manufacturing tolerance. BUT....you will need a gear puller to remove it. It's no problem with a puller....but a day of headaches and torn up machinery without. :grumpy:

Take care,
Rob

you may want to use the Blue not The red loc-tite if you want to remove it with tools with out heating it. :) the red will have to be heated to 400 deg to brake it's hold..

Mike heal fast and be slow  or is it heal slow and run fast? :D man I know there's a saying that fits somewhere :D

Hey! Be careful dicking around with this stuff! To me the worst part was when you said you messed up your back! Sounds like your up and going again, so I'm relieved about that. Speaking of turning things, we had two tornados touch down 20 miles south of us about 2 hours ago, to close for comfort for me! You take care Mike.

You better not look at your face in them, if you want to keep them in tacked. :p

Mike, I'll try to remember, 'coffee first"!! :)

Blue it is, Dan. Thanks!

Robert, I found a new "surprise" disc! LOL It's a little better today, I can stand straight. The shin doesn't even hurt unless I press on it to see if it still hurts. DOH!!!

Thanks to all.
