great looking edge, how long did that take you to do?
Didn't take too long really, maybe 45 mins tops.
That included reprofiling it some too, it has a 26 degree edge on it.
The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is available! Price is $250 ea (shipped within CONUS).

Does your edgepro have the different angles already built into it. Is it like the lansky somewhat?
Yeah I want to get one, but I keep acquiring more Infi instead. It gets to be like trying to stop a train.![]()
Thats one sharp edge you got on the BOSS.
I need to invest into a Edge Pro Apex.
Another nice vid! Love the edge you put on that beauty
Used my Edge Pro Apex.![]()
Talk about bling. Thats one shiny edge.
SB
So it is no longer, or was it ever, a convex edge?
The only degree I know is the degree of those sharp a#% blades of yours is high!!!![]()

Great Video Ankerson. I love to cut newsprint and phonebooks too. I have been able to get an edge that would do it really good with my sharpmaker but I still end up with a bit of tearing. I told the wife I wanted a Boss Street for my birthday, hopefully she comes through. It will go great with the BWM I am ordering Monday. Guess I need an Edge Pro too though. Is it best to just order through Edge Pro or someone else?

That Edge Pro polish finish is the best. I might have to set mine up and do the same. Thanks for the info on the 26 degrees.
Ankerson how many knives and how long did it take you to become proficient at using the edgepro? Did you just start out with cheapy blades and then go to your good busse's from there? I'm sure Inquiring busse addicts would like to know. Thanks,![]()
