Thanks bro, if I can quite buying knives for alittle while I'll be able to get one. Then I can make my knives super sharp also. I've got a nmsfno that I got from Oeser that he sent to Garth to sharpen. It's my sharpest busse by far. I thought I cut myself unwrapping it, close call. But I'd like to have all my knives that sharp someday.![]()
Yeah years ago I cut my index finger down to the bone 9-stitchesworth with a custom made knife. My neighbor came over and started talking to me while I was skinning a squirrel. Just as I broke through the leg bone I looked up at him and yes I was cut bad. Have'nt done that again. Yes sharp knives are no joke, and Thanks I'll be more careful next time I unwrap a busse, for sure.

Yeah, it only takes a split second to really do a lot of damage and weeks to months to heal.
Big choppers like FBM's ect can take an arm or leg off like it wasn't even there.
Another thing I should have used a smaller knife, but you know you just have to try it out. A 5- inch 3/16 blade is a litte big for small game. Well live and learn but I don't care for learning the hard way. :thumbdn:![]()
