Well Either we need more mountain lions or they arent doing thier job very well at the moment.
Very nice camp site. Simple, yet beautiful. We went camping before school let out in Heber Springs AR and we had 2 "balls of steel" coons come into our campsite while we were all up round the fire talking and laughing. they were sharing a hot dog my friend threw into the nearby leaves. He chased them into the woods.

it's been quite a while since i've been to Texas... i love it..
those coons can definately be a pain..
we have a lot of them around here... they go nuts over the figs in our backyard.. my dogs hates it..
we just got back from spending a few days in the Eastern Sierra's.. i'll get pics up soon..

i'm not sure i'd want a bunch of coons eating figs in my backyard! does it do to them what it does to people? that could be a BIG mess!

Thanks for sharing the pics, looks lie you had a good time. I can't wait for trip back to Ohio next month, I get to go camping with my Dad and Brother, first time in 10 years!
