Should I re-release the Kephart? Edit: No apparently not

It's not a CPK design and it was not a good seller. It is made with two primary grind angles so it is a difficult, time-consuming, ugly, unprofitable knife.

Obviously I should be doing another run of the Super Duty or the folder or the skinner, a micro EDC or dust off Lorien's glorious DEK1 again. Or even more UFs. Idunno.

Somebody planted a bug in my ear and now I'm seriously considering having some of my 3V Delta rolled out for Kepharts for 2026-2027

To me, the answer lies here,...... I like this "obvious" pathway better.

If you re-release the Kephart, you'll end up coming back to this at some point soon, anyway, except it would be postponed following on the coattails of the lukewarm Kephart.....time and resources lost, and profits slower to realize.

The Kepharts will then hit the resale market, derailing buying patterns, and starting mankind as we know it on a death spiral, causing the fabric of our Universe to enter a never-ending tumultuos swirling sucking eddy of despair.

CPK original patterns are more interesting. It’s easy to find a good kephart. A D3V kephart is sort of odd. It doesn’t need supersteel.

The CPK Kephart is a great knife, and I love mine. But knowing it’s fugly and unprofitable is a red flag.

My vote is for the SDFK, folder, or skinner.
