I never could decide which one of these three was the most rock'n'roll. I want it to be the '70s Case, but both of the GECs have single blades (which somehow seem more Zeppelin, maybe?). I don't know, it's a tough one. Happy Black Friday, rock on.
 
When I first installed my mailbox back in the nineties, my yard was level with the gravel road. Over the years the county has chip and sealed the road, and ultimately blacktopped it. As a result, the road is now 5 inches higher than it used to be. Yeah, I was surprised too. I would have guessed maybe 3 inches until I measured it. I measured it because when I got back from Tennessee and picked up my mail, the postmistress gave me a nice letter telling me my mailbox was too low and needed to be raised 😧

The point of this is I installed a new post yesterday and it makes a handy place to take pics of knives 😁
