My rotation schedule didn't deal me any black knives this week. But while I was putting away groceries today, I noticed a set of 3 matching Imperial stockman knives (thanks, Mark) that I happen to keep near the chest freezer in the basement. I even used one to cut open the flap on a 12-pack of Killian's Irish Red lager that I wanted to put in the basement fridge. So I thought I could give that black trio some publicity this week.
