Gary, that is some very good looking bone on your RR Canoe. It appears to me that RR consistently has some of the nicest bone offerings of any manufacturer regardless of cost or country of origin.

I'm gonna throw this one in my pocket today. Every time I carry this knife, it seems like a couple of others end up on the chopping block. I really like this knife, and have a hard time not comparing others to it. The others usually come up short.

c.1924-1940 Stainless Cutlery Co (Camillus) 3-1/4" single blade jack... I guess technically this one could be considered a boys knife. Half stop / full snap and good etch on the blade yet Have a good weekend everyone, do something nice for someone you love

Thanks, Ron. I've almost always been pleased with RR jigged bone, but their smooth bone dye isn't always what I expect. The canoe I posted today does look pretty good, but I was expecting a dark uniform black (kind of like the ebony lambsfoot you posted ) instead of the mottled result that showed up in my mailbox.
