Shouldn't every Friday be "Black Friday"

Carried my Blade Forums Bunny Knife today, this pocketknife has the best W&T of any GEC I own, and as good or better W&T than any other brand of pocketknife I own. This one is right at the perfection level (and jet black ebony, just the way I like it). OH

No black knife assigned to me this week by my rotation schedule, so I'll take that as an opportunity to debut a couple of copper-bolstered Rough Ryders that I ordered on July 4th. They both have plenty of black in their total color scheme. The "Copper Swirl" canoe has "black acrylic handle with copper ribbon swirls", while the "Copper Coil" sowbelly stockman has black stonewash finish stainless blades and "black smooth bone handle with copper inlay".

Those RRs are pretty cool, Gary, I can't wait to see how they age and patina.

I know this #88 is supposed to be green, but it looks black to me!

Thanks, Jeff. :) I have several brass knives, so I thought I should try some copper, too. I'm also curious about how they'll age. I've had a copper-bolstered RR pen knife for quite a while, but I haven't noticed much change with it. That might be because it doesn't get carried very frequently with me trying to make sure all my knives get pocket time, or maybe I'm just not observant enough to see changes.

Those 88 sowbellies are handsome knives!:thumbsup::cool:
