Shouldn't every Friday be "Black Friday"

Great to see RALF again, Jeff!:thumbsup:🤓
I enjoy seeing all those sensational lambsfoot knives you've acquired over time, but I miss seeing good old stippled RALF on a regular basis. When I was reading the checkering thread earlier this week, I wondered whether RALF's stippled handle would be "legal" in that thread. After reading your post above about how the stippling was a substitute for checkering, I thought that RALF's appearance in that thread would be especially appropriate.

My sable slicers this week are a smooth black Alox money clip, and an Imperial clip/pen toothpick that's half-black.

I'm not officially carrying any black knives this week, but a couple of blackish knives I got for Christmas are "loose in the house".

Our dog (using me as his purchasing agent, and using my money) gave my wife and me this Victorinox folding paring knife with black handle and serrated blade. I've had a red-handled "regular edge" version for several years and am very fond of it, so it was a welcome surprise to get this serrated version!

My daughter and son-in-law gave me a Rough Ryder faux tortoiseshell sowbelly stockman for Christmas (which we celebrated with them the day after Thanksgiving). The pile side cover is especially black.
