OK, it is obvious now. I can see that it is an equal end pattern. At first glance I thought it was a Sleeveboard pattern and might be a 79.It’s a GEC #35 in ebony. Nice knife. The fourth #35 I have owned and the only one I wanted to hang on to. Sometimes scales are more than just color variations.
