Your post prompted me to add this to my repertoire for the day. Black and Blue Maple Burl on this Crotts designed Dozier. 2 1/8" blade on this little one.

Dan is a very tidy maker in his own right - had one of his and sold it - yes, regrets :oops:

Love your pic - have my first fly fishing day of the year next Friday (going for Grayling), and, I'm an ardent Orvis fan - clothing (their fishing gear is a tad :eek:$)
