Show me your Becker!

Guyon,

The Supreme Court has recenty interrupted the Bill of Rights to say that "the keeping and hording" of multitudes of Beckers is a right reserved for the organized militia and not the individual. Fortunately, your brethern here at BF are prepared assist you in complying with this important ruling...

Yeah, it is an awesome collection.

Now to your jest about the Supreme Court. They didn't really say that about firearms did they? I know it's in front of them right now, but they havn't come down with that ruling have they? That would be the end of America if they did.

I will wear a pink mumu and sing "i'm a little teacup" and pay you money for one of those Brutes, or a patrol machete. used is fine, i use my knives in the woods.

:p

Longbow,

No the Supreme Court didn't say that about firearms (as far as I know), the ruling I am referring to was specifically directed at Guyon's collection as that collection impairs the free trade of Beckers throughout our great country!

Good thing you didn't post this in the Cove....someone might take you up on your offer! :D:D:D

BK9 with the thumbramp removed as well as the finish... drop swing leather sheath with sharpening steel in tow.

TROOP...I love your avatar man...that is in my top 10 movies of all time.

I like the sheath, where did you find this ? I need one for my BK-7 & BK-10:D

If you like this sheath (Survival model) in particular, you'd better get one now. Spec-Ops, the maker, has discontinued the Survival sheath and is going only with the Combat Master model. The difference is in the sheath pouch. The Survival has a clasp, whereas the Combat Master has a velcro strap. I've heard some folks say the Survival will hold a little more, but it is bulkier because of the plastic clasp. Anyway, old stock is pretty much it for the Survival model; I don't think Spec-Ops is making any more. It's no longer listed on their website. http://www.specopsbrand.com/Categories.asp?CatID=6

The two models come in two sizes: Short for knives up to 5.5" (BK-10) and Long for knives up to 8" (BK-7).

I'm partial to the Combat Master. Here are a couple of pics for comparison...

Yeah, I got that it was directed at his collection. It is huge and could fill the scabbard of many an outdoorsman for sure.

I know that this doesn't belong here and I apologize, but I was referring to the Supreme court discussing as I write this, the right of the average citizen, keeping guns in his home -vs- just gov sponsored militia being able to keep guns. It came up because of the Un Constitutional gun laws about owning firearms in the District of Columbia. Once they make the decision, no matter which way it goes, it will be applied to all of the US.

Longbow,

Yep, the freedom of speech, freedom of the press, right to bear arms are depedent upon eachother. That is just intuitive, isn't it??

Thanks for having me clarify that my jest was not based on a current ruling (people get upset).

Got all mine after they were discontinued. They're still around and pop up from time to time.

I hope that eventually, though it may be quite a while, Ethan will re-issue this model through Kabar.
