Show me your EDC Case knives!

Here's a couple of my favorite Case EDCs

Case Sky Blue Mini Copperhead (Carried it on a couple of occasions hoping to give it some honest wear AKA character)

My Case EDC's. F & F on my new Damascus Peanut is truly outstanding, way better than the other two. I'd love the Mini Rancher more, but the walk & talk leave much to be desired, kind of mushy. When I got the SBG, I thought it was the perfect size, and carried it all the time. Then I thought I'd try A SBJ in CV, and the little extra heft, plus the developing patina on the CV blades have really won me over. Chestnut SBJ gets the most pocket time.

@frosty: I don´t know exactly, but this one seems to be double spring, just because of the pic.

Kind regards
Andi

Just got my Peanut yesterday from the flea market! It was this or a darker blue one but this one has a better and smoother lockup. Hasn't left my pocket!

I have several Case knives, but the one that has seemed to hit the mark for me is this Sowbelly Stockman...

The Canoe in CV and the Sway Back also get their share of pocket time...

I carry the Peanut every day. My urban life gives me little need for a knife, but I keep looking for reasons to pull the Peanut out, mostly for food. The slimline trapper is too long for my EDC needs, but makes a nice TriTip knife when I go camping.

The peanut bumped my previous EDC Ritter Mini-Grip to my backpack, or for times when I want a quick access single handed blade with a pocket clip. But the Mini-grip blade is not very good on food, it is rather thick and short.

I don't have pics (yet), but I carry at least one Case everyday. Depending on what I'm doing and my mood, it may be a Peanut, Swayback Jack or small Texas Jack, those are my favorites. I use my Jr. Scout (with BSA shield) a lot too.

Nice patina on that slimline trapper @jon_slider. It seems be completelly natural :)
I always thought about getting one of them, but they seem to be pretty long and sim (oppisite of myself - so better not). Thank you for showing this in-hand-pic :)

KInd regards
Andi

Are the Case 'rats single or double spring? Either way, I like it!

Frosty

they're double spring, but it still carries great in pocket. I'm actually surprised I love this knife. I lost my previous EDC (case pen knife) so I went to my local knife store to pick up a new knife and I just saw the muskrat pattern and loved it for some reason. No real reason why, I just like it! haha

> It seems be completely natural

thanks for the kind words
Im very new to patina, what is non natural? Im guessing cutting a lime, a tomato, a chile relleno counts as natural (I did those things).. would sticking the blade in a potato overnight (I did not) be un natural?

Im tall and slim, I wish my peanut was single blade, and recently held a single blade swayback gent, and a double blade swayback jack. I loved the single blade swayback gent, but it was stainless blade, easy to resist.

here is the slimline trapper with a chile relleno, you may not know what that is Humppa, cheese filled spicy green pepper, battered in egg and smothered in a tomato sauce, seen here topped with bits of carne al pastor, sheepherder style meat, pork simmered with onions, in a red chile sauce.. good for patina, and me :-)
The long rounded bare head saddle horn handle of the Slimline trapper is very comfortable in an extended grip, allowing to cut the Chile Relleno without getting sauce in the handle and on my fingers. A peanut eats some of the sauce between the bolsters, and gets my fingers wet sometimes, I don't mind either way, I just lick my fingers :-)
