Got this one less than a month ago. Case Prime Stag trapper in SS. Has some minor gaps and the blades touch the liner but I like the natural stag a lot.

I have been looking through this whole thread right now and I think, the pics in the Case catalogue doesn´t judge their knives at all. Maybe they should find a better guy who should make their pics... Nice knives you guys have out there :)

Kind regards
Andi

Rick,

That is a beauty!! I hope to hear it makes it as your EDC for a long while.

Thanks, Kevin. It is among the knives that I rotate but I think it will be in that rotation for a long time. For some reason I thought I should keep it pristine. I don't know what I was thinking but I snapped out of it and I'm glad I did.:)

Good for you Rick. I'm with Kevin and can't wait to see the next pictures with the newly developed patia

Rick,

I only have the one collab knife. I am glad I carry it from time to time. l like pristine knives too, but these Bose/Case knives are a pleasure to use. I would guess your Norfolk is the same.

I would be even more apt to carry the Norfolk all the time with the 154cm (correct?) Blades :)

Gevonovich, that might take a while. Blades are 154CM stainless.:)

Kevin, I wholeheartedly agree! Such a sweet knife and a genuine pleasure to use. You are correct about the blade steel. That Dogleg Jack in damascus of yours must be a real treat too!

 I bet it feels pretty good too !

Thanks, sitflyer. And yes, it does!:)

As per my earlier post in this thread I've been carrying this the last couple of weeks - carries about as well as the peanut and, so far at least, I haven't felt under-knifed with it instead of the 3318. I guess we'll see if it stands the test of time...

All the Case's I have happen to be Blue's from 2000. Arranged top to bottom in carry time.
I typically carry either a medium stockman or congress M-F. On Weekends I go 4"+.
The Copperlock At the bottom is new to me and is still waiting for it's first carry.

I really like this one. It's old and worn but the bone is awesomely good looking. Cool old Case fixed blade too!
