Just found a japanese friction folder in a shop here. Im really liking it at the moment and when it meets my edge pro i'll be even happier! Sorry in advance for the crappy photos, all i had on hand was my phone

is it a scandi, hollow or a chisel grind?

it looks like a japanese friction douk douk, i like it.

do you know who the maker is?

Its a scandi grind. They're called Higonokami and are made by a maker named Kanekoma. he makes them in different sizes with some different handle material and i think he might do different blade steels, but i am not positive. So far i am really loving it though, and for the price you cant go wrong!
 
A lit'l modified Wharncliffe in desert ironwood from Hiroaki Ohta. Weighs in at around one ounce.
