I shopped around for a nessmuk pattern for a long while before I became aware of the Busse Hog Muk. Once I saw it, I knew that was the one for me.
I know Nessmuk carried the double bit hatchet for chopping and pounding with (and not his knife) but it makes me smile to think I could do that with this guy no problem.

And here it is living up to its name a bit, getting ready to cut some pork for sausage last winter
