Has Cold Steel ever done a Nessmuk design?

Some of Cold Steel's discontinued Red River knives come fairly close.

I've always liked them. Wish i could find one with a stacked leather handle, but the physics wouldn't let you have too much of a curve in the handle and still be stable washer-to-washer. A man can dream.

That's actually not true. It is very doable. The tang is curved, the washers stack up following the curve. Then shaped after the fact to eliminate all of the little steps.

This Randall model 1 handle is curved. No reason it can’t be more curved.

Another Joker Nessmuk. Joker’s version of the Nessmuk is a really beautiful knife and actually slices extremely well. I’m a big fan of the curly birch handles as you can tell. The boiled linseed oil I’ve been applying really makes these pop
