Some of Cold Steel's discontinued Red River knives come fairly close.A mess of Nessmuks. From left to right: Joker Nessmuk 1821-2021 Anniversary Edition, Condor Nessmuk, Boker Plus Nessmi Pro, and QSP Neckmuk.
Has Cold Steel ever done a Nessmuk design?

That's actually not true. It is very doable. The tang is curved, the washers stack up following the curve. Then shaped after the fact to eliminate all of the little steps.I've always liked them. Wish i could find one with a stacked leather handle, but the physics wouldn't let you have too much of a curve in the handle and still be stable washer-to-washer. A man can dream.
Here's one I am finishing up in thick 3V and vintage crosscut micarta:

Well done!!I know it’s been a while, but I’ve been putting a lot of energy in to knifemaking, and here’s my latest Nessmuk!
O1 tool steel with stabilized pear wood handles and acid stonewash finish
Thank you! It’s been super fun and inspiring opening this new chapter of my life! All nudged in to existence by the spark of “obsession” with all these Nessmuks! (And just finally being the right time!)Well done!!
Super!!
