The more I contemplate the "precious" in the collection, the more this beauty comes to the forefront of my mind. It's perfect! The FBM Prototypes are WOW items, but I really love my Blues Warden.

It is a beauty Jaxx. I am hoping Skunker gets some satin finished ones in .140" stock with blue/black G10

Mine is actually 1/4" if I recall. I'll have to dig it out and put the calipers on it. Mine is more like the ZTSJ grind with the swayback ground into it.
 
It's sort of hard to decide. Often, it's the one in my hand at the moment. The users like my HHFSH and M6 would be the hardest to pry from my hands but some of the customs are the "most precious" because of the beauty and workmanship put into them.

FWIW, there were a handful of blades released by the Boss with the stipulation that they could not be photographed, sold or otherwise traded. (Soul 1 and 2, maybe the folder protos??) Those conditions were non-negotiable. They could, however, at least be mentioned but not described in specifics. And, "nope," I unfortunately ain't got any of the three much to my chagrin nor have I even seen one. I do have faith that it's true, though. ;)


(And, "yes." I think you are a jerk, John, because you've got several pieces of choice INFI that I covet!! ;) )

Could they be shown to anyone at all? Say if a guy brought one to Blade? Just curious about it:confused:

I'd pretty much give up every knife I own to get one of those Bird & Trouts that one is all out "art".:thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

I actually don't have a Busse that I'd call "my precious", but I have seen some that I would if I did own them.

Hey where are the pics Stacey? Your point on the SOULs is dead on. They are never to be shown in public or described in detail. Folder protos? Who's got a folder proto? How did I miss out on that? Bastids! :D (I says bastids in the most loving way possible by the way. :))

That is a good question Tony. Hey Jerry if one of these bastids has a folder proto, could he quietly and privately show it to another trusted Hog? If so I call on whoever has one to bring it and show me in private. Nevermind the club I have in my hand. :D
