That was made by GEC? I thought it was a Evan custom.

It is in fact Evan's creation Mike. The blades are from a #15 so it has all the same dimensions. A 1 of 2 prototype for JBF Champlin.
The Electric Barlows were full custom by Esnyx.
 
Thanks Mark. As for the traditional part, it is a #15 GEc frame and a Crown Lifter like so many others posted here. It just has modified covers and stainless bolsters. So it's just not a factory production piece, but still every bit as traditional as all the Crown Lifters and Beer Scouts. :D
