007hunter 007hunter , that's an amazing line up. I'm not a sheepfoot, guy, but seeing all these #14s like this makes me look forward to a sheep #14, so the collection pictured can build! I think my favorite to date are the 2-blade spears....love that set up with the pen on the other side. I wish I would have grabbed that blue jigged bone version of the 2-blade spear. Oh well. Which is your favorite from the picture, 007hunter 007hunter ?
Thanks for kind words @MCar ! Tough call but I'm going to have to go with the two bladed TC spear:thumbsup: Then I would have to say the green cowboy boot:cool:

I love this one. I ended up selling mine because the dye wasn’t very dark on mine. But I do think the Gunstock SFO was the cream of this crop.

While I agree with you that the Gunstock was one of the best of the run, I think your Blackwood was the cream.

Wow. That’s a beautiful knife Travman. Somehow I didn’t twig to the availability of that option. The Blackwood looks to be a really deep black. Thanks for posting.

My impressions of these two #14s......

Barlows cut beets.

Barlows.
Beets.
Battlestar Galactica.

I Always assumed the GEC knives with the "TC" pressed into the bolster stood for Tidiouite Cutlery. I see the blade etch on yours says Tom's Choice ... so who's Tom ?

The "TC" does stand for Tidioutte Cutlery.
The "Tom's Choice" that is etched on some blades is referring to Tom Sawyer.
That etching is pretty much reserved for the clip point barlows.
At least that's the way I understand it.
