Show off your GEC 14s (old and new)

I Always assumed the GEC knives with the "TC" pressed into the bolster stood for Tidiouite Cutlery. I see the blade etch on yours says Tom's Choice ... so who's Tom ?

The "TC" does stand for Tidioutte Cutlery.
The "Tom's Choice" that is etched on some blades is referring to Tom Sawyer.
That etching is pretty much reserved for the clip point barlows.
At least that's the way I understand it.

Oh I agree, a mix is always satisfying. But Clips hold the preponderance, they're good on Stockman types but on the whole I like Spear, Drop-Point and the straight edge blades ahead of them.

A mix of 14s is a good thing but these are without question... my one and only absolute favorite.

As a Case guy who rarely spends more than $40 on a knife scouring deals on eBay ... this was a big splurge for me - don't regret it a bit though. This #14 is darn near perfect - half stop is so much crisper than say a Case Mini Trapper or peanut. Really like the relative large blade for the diminutive frame size of this pattern ...
