Show Off Your Grinder(s) - (V4.0)

Well I finished up my flipping mechanism. It's not perfect. I think I could move the grinder to the right some on the frame to make the horizontal and vertical positions land around the same height.... Also I think the stand needs to be reduced in height by around 4-6 inches.... but it may give some ideas to others!

Built this 10 years ago. I think I may be the first one to set up a GIB with 3 step pulley's like this.

Always think I will upgrade to VFD and then I use it and change my mind. Maybe one day.

Well... I got me a new toy! Picked up this NorthRidge Pro second hand. Took me a day of driving, but that was well worth it. I can't wait to put some hours behind this guy! :D

I got some good shots of it in here:

Why would someone sell their NRT?? If my current tool arms fit the NRT, it would be my next grinder.

I like nice build grinders, but also i like to read lot about famous knife makers from around world..............And i notice that most of them use grinders assembled from pieces of steel here and there......:D
So ............say hello to this guy and his grinder :)

So you use linear bearing just to flip grinder :) You could use them for something more useful ;)
