Show off your Kalinga and Akonua Collection

Ok just read and oggled all the “K&A” knives and enjoyed it immensely. I think im now looking for an Akonua! Where can i get one
(for future reference) as im on a forced knife buying bogcott for lack of a better word.

dlttrading a supporting dealer has a s30v version still around.
 
Just dreaming about knives now JB.
Though if it were around what i am going to pay for my 124 at club discount price i may have to think about it. IJS

FYI...

They have less than they did!

I ordered and they shipped my knives out the same day. The factory boxes were individually wrapped in a piece of paper to preserve the box from scuffs in shipping. They arrived in perfect condition. The knife feels awful nice in the hand!
 
Does anyone have pics of the nickel and s30v akonua thats still out there?
It seems like a nice knife for the money.......
I'll probably regret asking as it will probably push me to buy one....

Thanks JB. I didn't think to look in the for sale threads.
I really like the contrast of the brass and wood. But I just keep going back to this with the nickel.
I have yet to see a decent picture tho that really shows the walnut and contrast of the nickel with the nickel pins. I'm sure its nice looking. My 55 with walnut is one of my favorite knives.

Sometimes the pics retailers show of knives they are selling are not that great.....

That looks like a knife you wouldn't mind taking in the field. Good looks but not flashy. I like the sheath. Does it secure it well?
I am slowly becoming partial to s30v too.

Its on my short list. The only thing above it would be a lock back folding skinner with a belt clip. Oh wait, there isn't one.

not bad. also easier to sheath than the kalinga.

buck s30v and s35vn is quite good. I've become a big fan......

I just ordered one of these Akonua s30v models. I don’t know how I missed these. It looks to be the size I like.
