I did a quick search and didn't see a dedicated slip and sheath thread... I be the first to admit that my google-fu isn't my strongest suit. I love to see homemade, rustic looking leather pocket slips. I think they are handy and very functional. If you have one or more, please show them off! As a side note, I'm currently looking for a nice slip so if any one has good suggestions on members on here who make them or BladeForum member stores that sell nice ones I'm all ears. I only own a KSF slip... it's very nice as far as quality goes but I find it a bit large in the pocket... I really love the looks of beat up fold-over style slips that have some character... googled KSF picture of the one I have below.

made by yours truly. This one goes with me everywhere almost every day. But ironically it's not with me today (jeans day at work)
It's held up like a champ. And gets better with age. The Blue is mellowing out and wearing in nicely.

Paul Mason's missus, Jan, kindly gifted me this pocket sheath :)

I won this smashing BSA Whittler in one of r8shell's generous giveaways, and she very kindly also sent me this pocket-slip, of her own design :)

A couple more by Barry (Gunstockjack on BF). I got the one on the right first and liked it so much I asked him to make the one on the left with my initials. Top notch work and very durable.

I can't compete with the pro's above, but here's a couple of my home grown pocket slips and sheaths. With the exception of the lower right in first pic. And the top left in same pic does have a belt loop. I've pocket carried it some, but is better on belt. The middle right for Candiru is convertible. Chicago screws hold on an easily removable ambi leather belt loop, leaving a thin kidex pocket slip or neck hanger.
