The wonderful David Mary Riverhawk in AEB-L. I cuts like a dream and gets used quite a bit for fitment of trim and other bits that need to be tuned up.
Another. Notable feature is comfort in hand. Over 90% of people who have used it, have instantly commented " WOW this is really comfortable.
Now just gotta keep the coworkers from keeping it.

No doubt - keep your co-workers away! or cut whatever it is for them, if you can...

Hurrul,

Sound advice for sure, but I really get a kick out of letting (qualified folks) use my knives. To see the look of amazement on their face when they first use a nice sharp knife is worth the risks. Most will eventually break out some loot and show up with something new.
The coworkers are a good bunch, so theft is not a concern and if they cut themselves, we are used to accasional first aid.

Too true, it can be a good time revealing to others what's possible with a cutting tool, by letting them find out. I've had a couple of moments in kitchens, where in a friend "saw the light" of a higher performance cutting and slicing tool by playing around with something I owned in their personal day to day cooking needs.

In the end, I've never had anyone break something, just dings that could be fixed, so I might need to lighten up....

This one is a wip by timos- timos- I participated in 2 pass arounds that he hosted. The 1 that convinced me that I needed a Gyuto made by him you can see in the Pass around forum.
This knife is the same only larger. 9.5 blade length and 2.5 height at the heel.

Did I mention it is a S grind ?
