Alox looks best when it shows some wear from use. I have a farmer thats over 10 years old, seen lots of pocket time, but still looks new. Thats what I get for buying the silver models lol

I "try" to limit my collecting to silver alox there's so many colours. But your right the red gets a great look after a few years. I read that the first few soldiers were red and then they changed to silver because they didn't like how the red wore off.
