Nothing wrong with that. You accomplished the mission and well at least for me it feels so much nicer in my pocket.Just for the sake of discussion, I don’t own a belt sander and all I really had was a Dremel tool with a cutting wheel attachment. I ground most of mine down with the flats of the cutting wheel. Then shaped it with a file and finished with sandpaper.
I chickened out when I got close to the handles but it’s smooth to the touch and out of my way now.
