I have said this before but David has to pay a Gun Dealers cost to have a table. Sure his wife gets to show her scrim work but Buck knives take up 90% of the space. And he sharpens for free.
As important as the knives and displays are a folding or lightweight wheeled cart that will carry all your display in one trip. I push one small one and pull one that is only 3/4 big enough. Larry Oden has the best one I've seen, it folds up and fits under the table and carry's a really big load. ( If starting from scratch, design your display to be taken apart and hauled all at once.)
And then you will need a table cover of some design. Several people have fancy ones that have Buck emblems or BCCI emblems sewn into fabric. I use a big piece of fake leather auto seat material. Then the cover gives you some security to put stuff under your table. If you design upright display then be sure to figure in having the proper sized screw clamps for the table style provided. Small clamps don't always work.
A nice lightweight large cloth to cover your display at night is good, as are pieces of foam or furniture pads to shield your display boxes as they travel.
This stuff is still really handy if you only have two boxes. As David will agree, most folks spend more time fussing with their display than they do polishing their knives. You also can't beat nice descriptions of each knife to educate the public.
