I had an 86 stripped of its pen blade,I like it but I prefer the fat rounded handles of the 86hj because to me it's a working knife and I want a good grip.

Where does one get them or order them from?

It is difficult to score any of them, but if you persevere you can find them. Here is my waynorth Harness Jack which I have been seeking for many moons. Pictured here along with smoked brisket bologna made by Cattleack Barbecue, the greatest BBQ spot in Dallas.
Also, are you aware that you share the name of a very famous Israeli chef? Any connections there?
