The opener does cans and bottles very well, guys!! The edge lays flat on a bottlecap, spreading the pressure!!Prester John Vince, might dull the tip a bit, but no doubt it would function as a cap lifter too. I only drink coffee, tea, or water so don't have anything to test it on.

Yes, the one and only stainless!! HJ2 and HJ3 also came from Queen, but are 1095 steel!! All the rest will indeed patina!!Mr. CC, is the HJ-1 your only SFO in stainless? Been wracking my brain (limited as it is) and I can't recall another. Thanks and thanks again, Mark
