I won the knife in a GAW sponsored by Meako.
He wanted to make sure the knife wasn't going to just be "flipped" for a big profit.
So, he jokingly had the blade marked to decrease the value I guess. In the long run, he just made it more valuable (to me). :D

agreed, any one can just buy a knife with enough money, but a gift from a friend makes them much more valuable!
 
... and another in my series of Mr. CC’s SFO’s atop this book. The Rope Knife in particular goes quite well with the World War I setting of this novel/graphic novel...but given the lack of a “point” on the Rope Knife, I think a nice clip blade should be carried too!upload_2020-6-5_10-37-43.jpeg
