A couple of years ago I dropped my Fallkniven Tor on to the back of my ankle. Went right through my achilles tendon!

Surgery, a year of recovery, and around $15K in medical bills.... My wife likes to joke that that knife has cost me way more than any other!

OUCHY!!!! That would be one of the last knives Id wanna drop on my ankle, heavy as heck and very sharp!!!

The knife I spent the most on.

That is a beautiful blade.


My most expensive would likely be the one with orange and black handle

$300 for an Umnumzaan as folders are concerned, and $350 for a Busse Basic 9 for a fixed blade. Wife was not amused.
