Nothing wrong with those two. They are beautiful knives.

I like that your “favorite of all” is a “user”. That’s the way it should be.

My thoughts exactly. I have a number of knives, but I always buy with using them in mind. Doesn't always happen.

Wow! Small world. I found it in google images. It’s very nice, I’m jealous. What knives was it made for?

RMK 15, approx mid 60's Brown Micarta, two filled screws. Model C split back sheath.
A bunch of verdigris on the brass and leather. This is a favorite of mine.

Random oddball RMK's I've owned, in no particular order. The Model #15 CDT was unusual due to the double stitch on the smaller C model sheath. Only (approximately) 100 of those sheaths were produced, according to the maker...

My two 11s and AG Russell. The middle 11-4 has a unmatching 11-4.5 sheath.

I’m gonna guess Thuya Burlwood. It is beautiful. It’s like a lava lamp. Mesmerizing.

It is Thuya. Has a nice scent very similar to dog fennel in bloom. Layers of pattern are in the burl. I'm very happy with the knife and scales. Thank you for the comments.
