Show your BEERLOWS!

Drunken farmer purchased from esnyx.. Been putting this knife through some work and it's been an absolute pleasure to use... Sturdy knife, going to last me forever

Beautiful knife, Philllll! Hope it's nice and warm down there. I'm daydreaming about warm Florida afternoons...

I have been lax in taking pictures, but this has been in my pocket since it arrived nearly a month ago. I couldn't be happier with it. This knife is going to be a constant for me for a good long while. :D

Cory! I bow down before your Beerlow! I am not worthy! Is it the Holy Grail of all Beerlows?!

Is it dyed 3rd cut stag? Or just bone? What were the original covers? The blue is beautiful! But if you defiled 3rd cut stag!?!? Your punishment... Oh, I can't think of it! Say it was just cheap ol' cow bone, Cory!

:D It's bone. I believe the original covers were walnut, but Evan or Philllllllll would know better than I. Evan made this masterpiece for me, and in my humble opinion it is the grail. It's my grail anyways. The bone is Esnyx original, cut and dyed by the master himself.

They were originally blackwood handles. I actually didnt cut the bone myself, as I was trying out some bone from an online vendor, but now I'm back to cutting my own. I did dye it myself though. Here are some better pics for y'all to oogle at!

I'm really glad to see it getting some good use, Cory! Enjoy that beauty, my friend. That is one of the few knives I had trouble letting leave my shop! I'd say that one and Chief's bark ivory TC were some of the most painful to part with.

Wow, Evan! That is amazing work! The blue color is beautiful!

Cory, that is the Grail! It might be best just to take that knife off to a cabin in the wilderness and build a shrine. I bow down again. I am not worthy!

Geez Louise, Cory, that's a gorgeous knife!! Superb work, Evan :thumbup:
I'd never really considered blue bone to be my cup of tea, but those handles are stunning!
To avoid being envious, I'm going to keep telling myself that if I had a knife like that, I'd end up drinking way too many Snowdrift Vanilla Porters :D:eek::D

Time to bump this thread with my latest beerlow and sheeplifter!

Stainless bolsters, pins, and liners, and Ironwood scales on this bad boy. This one is headed to BigBiscuit:

And the sheeplifter mod:

Finally, a 1 of 6 rendezvous sheeplifter alongside the original beerlow:

The sheepsfoot/cap lifter combo is my favorite that I have yet to come across for everyday use. The sheep is great for cutting open boxes, opening mail, and general slicing, and the flathead comes in use more than the dang cap lifter! Many a time has that flathead saved me a trip to the garage.
