As said in the original post (see here) :

I just broke my new (4 weeks old) RC3 while trying to get some fatwood out of an old stem.
Just a lot of chopping.

And in one moment my whole body weight was applied and the tip snapped off.
I had to take another knife and a multitool to get it out of the wood.

kabar large Heavy Bowie. broken and chipped during splitting a firewood log. got it replaced by good kabar warranty.

i'm in for this game :)

I did the same thing. I do a retrospective facepalm every time I think of it. There are at least three other tools on that knife that would be better suited to prying. :confused:
