Is it still 20 DPS? Only the 2000 stone ?it looks amazing .
It is perfect knife but I would add a few things and change a few to help fit my needs. I love mine, but I feel nervous it could break.

No, it’s about 15 degrees, that’s where I naturally sharpen freehand.

You’re not gonna “break” this knife man. Use it like it was intended and you won’t have ANY problems.

I’d be shocked if you could break it without intentionally trying to do so. Like 91bravo said, just use it within reason and you’ll be GTG!
